Delivery Timelines:

  • North Island (Non Rural): 2 to 4 working days
  • South Island (Non Rural): 3 to 6 working days

We will notify you once your order is ready for collection. Please refrain from walk-ins, as we do not operate a physical store.

Product Descriptions and Specifications:

Please be aware that the product description might not precisely match the exact specifications of the product you are purchasing. The detailed specifications can be found under "specification" for each product listing. Ensure you review the specifications to confirm the features you require.

Warranty Information:

  • Ex Lease PCs, Laptops, Used Monitors, New Power Adapters, Mobile Phones: 6 Months Warranty
  • Docking Stations and Refurbished Components: 3 Months Warranty
  • Ex Demo, As New & New Units: Factory Warranty (as stated in the Item Description)

Warranty covers hardware defects and certain issues. Please note that battery, adapters, and software issues are not covered.

Data Protection and Responsibility:

We do not store your personal details after your enquiry.

Please ensure to back up your important data. We do not take responsibility for lost data during warranty repairs, especially in the case of hard drive failure.

GST and Pricing:

All prices include GST. There are no hidden charges. The price you see on the item is the final cost to the customer.

Delivery and Shipping:

  • Deliveries to major cities and surrounding areas: 2-5 working days.
  • Remote or rural areas: Allow an additional 2-3 days.
  • An authorized signatory must be present to sign for and collect the goods. If not, the customer is responsible for follow-up and possible re-shipping costs.

Proof of Delivery and Tracking:

Proof of delivery can be provided upon request. We utilize COURIER POST for New Zealand-wide deliveries. Orders are fully tracked from dispatch to delivery.

Upgrade Policy:

Upgrades are subject to availability. If an upgrade is not available, the specific upgrade amount paid will be refunded. This does not grant the customer the right to refuse the purchase. Upgrades are customer-specific and non-refundable in case of return due to change of mind.

Non-Defective Goods Fee:

For warranty claims on non-faulty goods, a $75 non-fault fee may apply. The customer may also need to pay for return shipping.

Returns Policy:

For defective goods, returns are accepted within 30 days from the invoice date for credit, replacement, exchange, or repair. Non-defective goods may be returned within 7 days with a 20% restocking fee. Original shipping charges are not refunded for non-defective returns.
